Terms of service

Last updated: 17 May 2026

Scope of These Terms

These terms apply to your use of the KELDEN website and purchases made through our online store. Please read them alongside our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes or reduces your mandatory consumer rights. If a provision conflicts with an applicable mandatory right, that right takes priority.

Eligibility and Website Use

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract and be authorised to use the payment method you provide. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information relevant to your purchase.

If you use an account, keep your login details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are not responsible for losses caused by failures for which we are legally responsible.

Products and Product Information

KELDEN offers men's clothing and accessories. Product descriptions, available options and other relevant information are displayed on the product pages. Please check the selected size, colour and quantity before ordering.

Screen settings may affect how colours appear, but this does not excuse a material difference from the product description or reduce your rights if goods are not as described. Products and options are subject to availability.

Prices and Optional Services

The applicable product price and order total are shown before you complete your purchase. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not allow us to increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

Free Shipping is available on all orders without a minimum spend. We do not add import duties or taxes at checkout. This statement does not guarantee that an authority or carrier will never assess a charge arising from an international shipment.

Where offered, 30-Day Extended Returns is an optional paid service. Its price is disclosed before purchase, it is never pre-selected, and it is charged only if you choose it. It is not a tax, duty or customs charge.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods. An automated receipt acknowledgement confirms that your order has reached us. Unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier, the purchase contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.

If we cannot accept an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or another legitimate issue prevents fulfilment, we will inform you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled order.

We will not substitute a materially different product or change an agreed price without your consent. Once a contract has been formed, any cancellation by us remains subject to applicable law and your rights.

Payment and Billing Information

Use a payment method available at checkout and provide accurate billing and contact details. Payments may be subject to authorisation and proportionate security checks. If a payment fails or an issue prevents processing, we may contact you to resolve it. Do not send full card details by email.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Some remote locations may have limited shipping options, with availability shown at checkout.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days after processing. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is generally the processing time plus the delivery time. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Free Shipping on all orders. The shipping option is identified as Free Shipping, with processing and delivery estimates explained in our Shipping Policy.

We remain responsible for goods until they come into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate, subject to any applicable statutory exception. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Your statutory rights concerning delayed or missing deliveries remain unaffected.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Subject to the lawful exceptions in our Return and Refund Policy, UK consumers may cancel for a change of mind within 14 calendar days after receiving their order or its last item. The period begins the day after delivery. After notifying us, you have 14 calendar days to send the goods back.

Where purchased, 30-Day Extended Returns extends the change-of-mind return period to 30 calendar days after receiving the product. The additional service charge is refunded if the whole order is cancelled within the statutory 14-day period, or when the law requires it. Otherwise, that service charge is non-refundable.

Eligible return shipping is free. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the items back or proof that you sent them. For statutory cancellations, the earlier event applies, subject to any earlier legal deadline.

Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods apply independently of any optional service. Full conditions, refund details and the model cancellation form are provided in our Return and Refund Policy.

Customer Information and Privacy

Please keep information needed for your order accurate and contact us promptly if you notice an error. Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy. Cookie-related processing and controls are described in our Cookie Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You must not use the website to commit fraud, infringe another person's rights, submit knowingly false information, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the website or its services. Lawful consumer enquiries, complaints, reviews and the exercise of statutory rights are not prohibited uses.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, graphics and other protected materials belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping and retain information relating to your purchases. Other use of protected content requires permission unless permitted by law.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may include services or links provided by third parties. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability does not automatically imply our endorsement. Using third-party providers does not remove our responsibilities to you for your purchase.

Errors and Website Availability

We take reasonable care to provide accurate information and may correct errors or outdated details. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you and explain the available options rather than impose a changed purchase on you.

Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. This does not remove rights relating to accepted orders, accurate product descriptions or the quality of goods supplied.

Liability and Unlawful Misuse

We remain responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are not required to indemnify us for ordinary purchases or for exercising consumer rights. Where you deliberately misuse the website unlawfully, we may seek recovery only of losses for which you are legally responsible, subject to applicable law and a duty to mitigate loss.

Suspension, Severability and Changes

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use or a genuine security risk. Any restriction must not remove your rights concerning existing orders or prevent you from contacting us about them.

If a term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights or alter an existing purchase contract without a lawful basis or your agreement.

Consumer Rights and Contact

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom. You may bring a claim in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, including England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, as applicable.
